This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the QuickBooks integration application (the "Application") operated by 2592903 Ontario Ltd. ("we", "us"). By connecting the Application to a QuickBooks Online company, you agree to this Agreement.
The Application is a private, internal tool used by 2592903 Ontario Ltd. to access its own QuickBooks Online data. It is not sold, distributed or made available to the public or to third parties.
We grant authorized users within 2592903 Ontario Ltd. a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for the internal business purposes of 2592903 Ontario Ltd..
You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer or use the Application to access any QuickBooks company you are not authorized to access.
QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. The Application is not made, endorsed or supported by Intuit. Your use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit's own terms.
Data accessed through the Application is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may stop using the Application at any time by disconnecting it from QuickBooks Online (Settings → Apps → Disconnect). We may suspend or end access at any time.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing any financial data or records the Application produces or changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2592903 Ontario Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from use of the Application.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
We may update this Agreement. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
