With the company owner's authorization, the Application accesses accounting data in QuickBooks Online, such as company information, accounts, customers, vendors, invoices, bills, payments, transactions and financial reports. This may include names and contact details of customers and vendors recorded in those books.
Solely for the internal bookkeeping, accounting, reporting and analysis of 2592903 Ontario Ltd.. We do not use QuickBooks data for advertising or marketing, and we do not sell, rent or trade it.
Authorization tokens and any data retrieved are stored on computers controlled by 2592903 Ontario Ltd., with access restricted to authorized personnel. Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Credentials are never shared or published.
We do not share QuickBooks data with third parties, except with our own professional advisers (such as our accountant) for 2592903 Ontario Ltd.'s business purposes, or where required by law.
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by Canadian tax and record-keeping law. When the Application is disconnected from QuickBooks, its stored access tokens are deleted.
The company owner can revoke the Application's access at any time in QuickBooks Online (Settings → Apps → Disconnect).
We handle personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). To ask about, access or correct personal information we hold, contact us below.
